Should I upgrade my CPU or GPU first?

I work primarily in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop. I have started using Dimension more recently as well.

I would like to fluidly (as much as possible) be able to work with 3D spaces as well as the occasional 4k footage, which has caused my (NEW) workstation to crash on more than one occasion.

At the moment, I have:

CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1650 v3 @ 3.50GHz

RAM: 32 GB

GPU: NVIDIA Quadro K2200
