System requirements query for CC

I need some help with the system requirements. I understand them fine but I have to purchase a computer for work where I'll be using Photoshop, illustrator and InDesign only for 40 percent of the time and the rest will be general office work and using Windows 7 Professional 64. I have looked at Lenovo and there are 2 options that I need help with.

Processors:

Intel Core i5-6400 Processor (6MB Cache, 2.70GHz) or Intel Core i5-7600 Processor (6M Cache, 3.5GHz, max. 4.1GHz)

Graphics card:

NVIDIA NVS315 (with DMS-59 to dual DVI single link dongle) - 1GB DDR3

NVIDIA NVS315 (with DMS-59 to dual Display Port dongle) - 1GB DDR3

Nvidia Quadro K420 (DVI, DP) - 2GB DDR3

Nvidia Quadro K620 (DVI, DP) - 2GB DDR3 NVIDIA

Geforce GT730 2GB DDR5 64bit DP High Profile

AMD Radeon R7 350 2G DDR5 128bit HDMI High Profile ( I think this is only compatible with Windows 😎

The rest I understand as both options have

RAM
8GB DDR4 2400 UDIMM

Hardrive
1TB Hard Drive, 7200 RPM, 3.5", SATA3

I would greatly appreciate and feedback so I can narrow down the choices and make an order.

out of those choices, the i5-7600 and quadro k620 would be good. however, i would also like to see at least 16gb of ram and a 256-500gb ssd.

I'm limited due to company budget so am looking at either

the Lenovo M710  i7-7700
Hardrive
1TB Hard Drive, 7200 RPM, 3.5", SATA3
8gb of ram

Using the integrated Graphics card Intel HD 630

or

the Lenovo P310  i5-6500
Hardrive
1TB Hard Drive, 7200 RPM, 3.5", SATA3
16gb of ram

Using the integrated Graphics card Intel HD 530

Now I need to work out which is better of these 2 as I still need to fit a monitor in the budget

if that's your budget in us dollars, you should be able to get a full system for around $1k-1.2k. dell, hp, lenovo, all basically the same. the lenovo IdeaCentre Y700 has an option at $1k with an i7, 16gb ram, 128gb ssd+hdd, gtx 1050 ti...
