More methods of payment for Adobe

I have a suggestion: Is it possible to provide more than one method of payment for Adobe programs such as PayPal or instapay .. etc., as I cannot pay using the existing methods ?

paypal's not available in egypt via adobe.com. you can use a third party reseller, http://adobedealreg.force.com/PartnerSearch?lang=en
