Hi @cecilia_1257,

We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that you have a 3 months+ old subscription for Adobe Acrobat and AI assistant for Adobe Acrobat. As the expert mentioned above, you'll need to cancel the subscription to stop the payment.
Also, for cancelling the subscription, you'll need to clear the pending dues first.
You will find all the helpful information in the articles shared by the experts above.

Let us know if you have any questions.

if you've never started a trial or subscription with adobe, contact your card provider and report fraud after checking, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

otherwise, check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if there are any payment problems?  if so, they need to be corrected before you can cancel, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

then make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

@cecilia_1257 Uninstalling the app doesn't just cancel the plan, you need to manually cancel the plan. Although, removing all of the Adobe files is a good way to avoid the 'annoying' pop-ups that will or may have occur. I would use Adobe Cleaner from adobe website versus using any third party cleaner. Adobe Cleaner helps remove old Adobe software, cleaning corrupt installation files, and fixing your host files to establish a connection with Adobe servers.

With regards to canceling your plan, you will need to go back to adobe.com, and cancel it.
