My advice is to use Chrome browser which comes with it's own version of Flash Player. You are not required to install a separate plugin to enable Flash in Chrome.

To enable Flash for all websites, open your Chrome browser and type chrome://settings/content in the address bar, then press enter(1). Then on the Content Settings page, scroll down to Flash and select the button next to 'Allow sites to run Flash'(2).

If you would like to enable Flash only for certain web sites, select the 'Manage exceptions...' button(3) to access the Flash exceptions.  See screenshot.

Getting Flash Player https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

Microsoft does not allow external installs into Edge or Internet Explorer

If you want the latest Flash Player, you will have to use a non-Microsoft browser
