Adobe CS3 Design Standard volume license download

Question

I was recently told that I need the Volume License Installer package to install this software on a replacement machine. Deactivation was not available on the menu on the old machine. Adobe told me that activation support for this product is no longer provided.

Can a Staff member please help me. Thank you.

Adobe will not help, and other users can't help

don't have the download link you need, I know of no way to obtain the installer to go with your volume serial number

Franciscon1739552 to add to John's response if your organization purchase a download of Creative Suite 3, with their volume license purchase, then it would be available at https://licensing.adobe.com/. It was an extra purchase and most organizations choose to use the CDs provided with their purchase.

If the current computer does not have an optical drive then you can copy the installation files, from the CDs, to a USB drive on a computer which does.
