Unable to download / horrible support from digital river

I purchased the upgrade to CS6 production premium and tried to download it many times, each time it timed out after around 25%. I finally got an error saying

" Sorry,

> Too many download attempts: 5. You were allowed to download only 5

> times.

> Service at CustomerServices@digitalriver.com."

however when I eamailed digitalriver, I got a very curt email telling me to contact Adobe. If digitalriver is handeling downloads, why do they have such horrible service? I wrote them back specifically asking why their system told me to contact digitalriver but then their agent directed me to Adobe, but they didn't answer the question. This is in reference to order number 18862889424.

I also have the same issue with my purchased Lightroom upgrade version.

Digital River referred me to Adobe customer service but I can't find any way to contact Adobe Service except this forum.

Could you please fix my issue.

I repeatedly failed when downloading files DesignStandard_CS6_LS16.7z. then I tried again to begin click download. but after 5 times I tried, it now appears a notice like this:
