Unable to download / horrible support from digital river
I purchased the upgrade to CS6 production premium and tried to download it many times, each time it timed out after around 25%. I finally got an error saying
" Sorry,

however when I eamailed digitalriver, I got a very curt email telling me to contact Adobe. If digitalriver is handeling downloads, why do they have such horrible service? I wrote them back specifically asking why their system told me to contact digitalriver but then their agent directed me to Adobe, but they didn't answer the question. This is in reference to order number 18862889424.
