How long is the approval process for Federated ID usually take?

Hi -

We are in the process of implementing Federated ID. Our domain claim process status has been in 'Adobe Approval Required' for 4 business days now. What is the amount of time it took for those who implemented Federated ID to get past this step?

Hi,

I can see that this is still pending. I would advise to go to the Support tab in your Admin Console and choose 'open a case'. This will allow support to check with the team who need to approve this.
