How can I update Adobe Pro 7.0.x with the Admin 7.0.9 patch?

Hi Everyone.

I have a issue. Our 100 pc's are at various versions of Adobe Professional 7.0. I have updated the Admin Installation with all the patches up to 7.0.9. If I manually run a batch file(msiexec.exe /i "AcroPro.msi" /qn TRANSFORMS="AcroPro.mst") on a PC WITHOUT Professional installed, then it would install Professional version 7.0.9 with no problem. I thought I can just run the same batch file and it would detect and upgrade all versions of 7.0.x to 7.0.9. But this isn't the case. I get the error 'Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue...'

Is there was a switch that I'm missing to force a reinstall or is the only option of patching existing installation, to chain all the 7.0.5, 7.0.7, 7.0.8, & 7.0.9 patches together?

Thanks in advance,
Joe Hentr

Yeah, you'll have to rip out the current install and re-install from the aip, or run the patches individually.
