2 unique accounts 1 computer

Hello - I am a freelancer working for 2 separate companies and 2 separate email addresses(although coincidentally they have the same parent company) and 1 computer.

I no longer work for Company A and want to sign-in to Company B.  When opening Creative Cloud app on my machine, it defaults to their Company A sign-on branded Enterprise page - so i opt for "sign-in with another account" but this does not work and leads me to an *error message.

I am able to sign onto Company B account via browser totally fine.

How can I get my computer to completely forget Company A, do I need to completely uninstall the whole Suite of Apps on my machine?

Thank you in advance for help from anyone!

*ERROR MESSAGE: AADSTS90072:  from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/d026e4c1-5892-497a-b9da-ee493c9f0364/' does not exist in tenant  and cannot access the application '6aba272b-e383-44cd-8eda-34c66dfd9546'(Adobe Identity Management (OIDC)) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Hi @Hillary_IPGH,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you are able to sign in to your Company B account via the browser but are encountering issues with the desktop app. The error you're seeing indicates a potential conflict between the accounts, likely due to cached credentials from Company A. Here's how to resolve this:

Sign out of Adobe Creative Cloud and all apps:

    • Open the Creative Cloud app, click your profile icon, and select Sign Out.

    • Ensure you sign out from all Adobe apps (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Clear cached credentials:

    • On Windows: Navigate to C:\Users\<YourUsername>\AppData\Local\Adobe

    • On Mac: Navigate to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

    • Delete any folders associated with your old account (Company A).

You can also follow the steps in this document to resolve license errors: Resolve trial and license expired errors.

Reinstall Creative Cloud:If the issue persists, try reinstalling the Creative Cloud app after using the CC Cleaner Tool.

Remove the enterprise account (if necessary):

If the above steps don't work, you can follow the instructions to leave an organization-owned Adobe account: Leave an organization-owned account.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you need further assistance.

Regards,

^AN
