People from generative fill are malformed

I am using PS 25.1.0 (not beta) and MacOs Ventura 13.5.2.  When I try to create people with generative fill the results are generally disappointing--malformed limbs, defective heads, unrealistic expressions.  I have seen some mention in tutorials of how to correct some of the problems by regenerating small sections (e.g. a hand) of a generated layer.

What I'm looking for here is either confirmation from the community that this is an ongoing concern or suggestions on how to avoid these problems.  I feel like I can't be the only one having this experience.

(Take a look at the attached file unless you're concerned about having nightmares--and this is not the worst of the three choices.)

Hi @TomHackettPhotography there is always room for improvement and Adobe has stated in various interviews that people, hands, etc. are a focused area of improvement.

Thanks for your response and the helpful links.  For now, I can generate people in Midjourney and composite them with other images in Photoshop.
