Hi there, I'm planning on getting a new computer and I'm thinking of buying a 'Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3060 Eagle OC 12GB GDDR6' as a graphics card. I will mainly work with Premiere Pro, After Effects and Cinema4D. I would like to know if this graphics card is good for running these programs.Thank you in advance for the answers.

...to an Alder Lake CPU platform. You can read the last post of my previous major upgrade here.  As I mentioned in my last post in that featured discussion, I selected an Intel i7-12700K. I also pondered whether to stick with DDR4 or go with DDR5 for this build. But after I discovered that current DDR5 prices are still more than double those of DDR4 memory, I decided to stick with DDR4. That is, I would have had to spend nearly $1,500 USD total for this DDR5 upgrade, and even if I had to settle for only 32 GB total of DDR5 RAM, the total cost would have still well exceeded $1,000 USD. So I ordered an MSI MAG Z690 Tomahawk DDR4 WiFi motherboard (I could have settled for an MSI PRO Z690-A WiFi, but I was skeptical that two of its three m.2 slots are exposed with no heatsink covering, especially since I am already using two PCI-e 4.0 m.2 SSDs in my current Ryzen 9 5900X system) plus a Noctua LGA 1700 mounting kit for my Noctua NH-U12S (with two fans) CPU cooler.&n

Hello, I'm writing to you because I need to buy a new graphic card. And after a lot of questions on many forums, I've decided to buy one of these 3 cards (I can not pay more than 350€) - Nvidia 3060 ti- Gigabyte 6700XT- Intel Arc A770So I would have few questions :- Could you confirm me, the material acceleration will works well in Premiere with the A770 card ?- Could you tell me if A770 is a good choice ? I've read that with it, I think to have understood that I will be able to preview my H264 files in Premiere Pro without using proxies, is it true ?- To encode my video in H264 it will take more than NVidia, but is there a big difference with the 3060 ti or 6700 xt ? (When Premiere will deal with the AV1, I suppose the encoding will be very fast)RegardsCédric 

For a while now i have been using premerie quite happily but one issue has plauged me. for some reason my GTX 1070's NVENC decoder will never contribute to the rendering process at all. i have searched all over multiple times to try and fand an answer as to why this happens and the answer continues to illude me. the mosat frustrtating part is the decoder works everywhere else i need it to. in the editing timeline no problem, you tube video's no sweat, watching video recordings it's covered.  for a bit more context i record with obs using h.265 80+Mbps 4:2:0 8 bit. it was my assumption that whatever i can record with NVENC it should be able to decode just fine and outside of rendering that is trueso my questions are why isn't my GPU decoding during rendering and shifting all the work over to my CPU? and is there any place that clearly states the full capability of the Nvidia NVENC decoder capabilities?.

After changing the graphics card to INTEL ARC770 OC 16GB, ADOBE PREMIER does not start. The welcome window pops up and goes off. PHOTOSHOP works normally. On the old graphics card, it worked normally. How do I fix this?

We are planning to build a Vmware Horizon virtualization platform with Nvidia data center GPUs. I couldn't find any information regarding the following GPU support for Adobe Premiere or After Effects. Updated premiere to version 23.2.0 (build 69) and now when I try to render my computer just shuts off. I know most people are quick to blame the hardware but my system is build for editing and the thermal read outs are well within operating range, drivers are up to date, and i have 2 identical machines in my studio.The computer running the older version works just fine as im currently rendering a large project on it. My question is has anyone else run into this problem with the new version of premiere? I'm using the same footage from the same source on both computers so it's not a corrupt file and the fact that the computer shuts off immediately after I click render makes me think this is software based. For context, I'm upgrading my hardware for long duration 1440p, H.264, 2-D animation workflow that heavily utilizes dynamic link timeline on Premiere and having PS + AE open simultaneously. My new hardware specs are i9-13900k and 128gb ddr5-5600MHz. I'm having a hard time choosing my GPU. I'm debating between the Nvidia 40 Series cards around 4070, 4070ti, 4080, and 4090. I see 4090 being the only 40series card that offer 24GB of VRAM, but the high pricing is turning me away. How important is vram? Will 12gb of vram be suffice? 

Does Adobe premier pro works smoothly in 13.3 inch APPLE 2020 Macbook Pro M1 -8 GB/256 GB SSD without any crash or hang in the long run. Is the above specs ok or should I need to go for 14 inch Apple macbook with 16gb?

I am going to change my computer system and reactivate the adobe apps in new computer. Please tell me what steps I have to take to enable this. I use Windows 11 and this is going to continue. I am using altogether 10 adobe apps. Only thing I know is SIGN OUT from old system and SIGN IN in new one.

So I am currently about to build a new Windows PC machine for my main editing work, based on Z690 and Intel 13900K.I have stuck with my DDR4 as want to re-use the 64GB of fast RAM I haveNow remaining question is if I should rebuild with Windows 10 Pro 64bit ?.My feeling is yes - but wanted to get comments from users on Windows 11 - particularly on any specific issues and (importantly) Performance backward steps. I saw an early post showing performnace on Windows 11 was notably worse (Puget banchmark) - that was back in 2021 though.I read that before Premiere Version 22.x there were issues with Windows 11 for support of older projects.I also see Puget Systems using Windows 11 on systems builds.Any recommendations / and or horror stories welcomed before I hit the go button on the Upgrade build !.

What PC video graphics card should I upgrade to for the newest upcoming version of Adobe Premiere AND will be up to specs for Oculus Quest VR (versions 1 and 2)? I currently have EVGA GeForce GT 740 4GB GDDR5 Dual DVI mHDMI Graphics Card. More information:Adobe just informed me that I will need to upgrade my graphics card before the new version of Adobe Premiere is released. I also have the first and second version of Oculus Quest VR headsets and have wanted the ability to connect them to my PC, but again, my graphics card has not been up to their stated specs. Finally planning my move from a 2018 i7 Mac Mini + eGPU - spec'ing a Max studio (10/32/64gb RAM) but am unsure about 1tb vs 2 tb ssd in terms of performance. It's a pricy upgrade, but it may be worth it, especially a couple of years down the road? Heavy Lightroom Classic, moderate Premiere, PS and Audition/Izotope user. Usually one stream of 4k or 5.7k log footage, maybe two once in awhile, usually from fast external storage. Some stabilizing, color correction, etc...nothing truly demanding for this machine, but i do wonder about the performance utility of the larger 2tb internal drive. What have you noticed in your configurations?

The 2017 iMac 27" is starting to breathe heavily, creaking under the load. Still stuck running 2020 Creative Cloud, but we've made it all work.But it's getting time.On a tight budget of course, so where's the best use of company dollars - an M1 iMac that has a 24" screen (boo - will miss my 27") or an M2 Mini with an add on monitor, and if this option, what's a good monitor these days?For background, we're a commercial printer, and it's all print prepress work, heavy Indesign, Illustrator and Acrobat work. A little Photoshop and some very minor web work. No video, no gaming. We've been working since the original days of Illustrator 88 so this is most definitely not our first rodeo in upgrades, though they come few and far between.

Hi....Will the Ryzen7 5700G work well with the IGPU alone for Pr + Ae projects.The projects will be 4K footage on 1080p timelines (sometimes QuadHD timelines), but all are short format like 2-3 minute projects. Say with 30-40 short 5 sec clips on the timeline for a project. Some color grading...few fx here and there. Plz note, i have been working with an i3 6100.....yes seriously.... that too with just the HD530 iGPU....i set it to and in fact its real smooth... only thing i have to keep preview in 1/8 or 1/16 sometimes, and i dont get 1 single dropped frame. Silky smooth timeline scrub. Renders are slowwww, 1:25 ratio, as in.... a 1 min film takes 25 mins to render. The remainder of the system is reasonably fitted...... Dual Nvme (OS+Scratch)... 64gb RAM...1TB SSD for project files/footage. 7200rpm for permanant media assets. 7200rpm for complete system backup. 650w Corsair Bronze PSU. Then why do i want to upgrade ? I just would be happy if i can up my preview window r
