I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Adobe customer support. I called to address a specific issue and, after clearly explaining my problem, requested to speak to a supervisor. Instead of connecting me, the representative put me on hold for several minutes only to return and ask me to explain my issue again!When I reiterated my request for a supervisor, I was told it would be a long wait. I agreed to wait, but the rep came back to say it would be too long. Despite my patience, she insisted on trying to fix the issue herself. She placed me on hold once more and then ended the call without resolution.I spent 30 minutes of my lunch break trying to resolve this issue, only to be treated with dismissiveness and inefficiency. This level of service is unacceptable and highly disappointing. Adobe needs to seriously improve its customer support procedures.

I am on the search for a decent AI tool to clean up some old (town history) videos.  I gave up on Topaz a year ago because it didn't seem to really accomplish much and the price has gone way up.   I haven't seen anything like an Adobe Plug-in which is a little surprising.  Has anybody found something that works, Premiere related or standalone, to clean-up some older VHS era videos?

SNS 콘텐츠 영상 편집 프리랜서로 일하는데요, 최근 캠페인이 늘어서 매주 릴스나 쇼츠를 대여섯 개씩 만들어야 하는 상황이에요. 캡컷 프로 구독 하나로 컷편집하고, 부족한 부분은 무료 이미지 툴이랑 무료 폰트 사이트를 따로 오가면서 채워 썼거든요. 이번 달 정산해보니 캡컷 프로에 이미지 툴 유료 플랜, 폰트 라이선스까지 따로 결제한 게 쌓여서 비용이 생각보다 크더라구요. 툴 세 개씩 오가면서 포맷 변환하고 워터마크 지우다 보니 시간도 꽤 잡아먹고요. 그래서 구독료 자체를 줄여보려고 다빈치 리졸브 스튜디오를 일시불로 사서 프리미어 대안으로 쓰는 것도 알아봤는데, 이러면 결국 이미지 툴이랑 폰트는 또 따로 결제해야 하는 거라 이게 맞는 방향인지 헷갈리더라고요. 클라이언트 쪽에서 나눠서 결제하지 말고 한 곳에서 다 되는 거 쓰라는 얘기가 나왔는데, 저렴한 영상 툴이랑 무료 툴 조합(혹은 다빈치 리졸브 일시불)이랑 크리에이티브 클라우드 같은 통합 구독 중에 실제로 뭐가 더 싼 건지 감이 안 잡혀서요. 다들 어떻게 계산하시나요?

Seeing that Adobe is killing off Rush is a bad decision unless Premiere Pro embraces many of those light features.A lightweight, fast, east video tool has been an important part of our business. We can get stuff out easily and quickly then later finetune it for a more robust version.Plus...not all of us are iPhone users. I'd love to see what Adobe's plan is to support the features and functions many of us have come to count on!

I run a YouTube channel about post-production. I would like to make a video that explains why some people using Premiere Pro cannot consider switching to DaVinci Resolve. What interests me is to highlight which features exist in Premiere Pro and, unfortunately, are not available in DaVinci Resolve, preventing the transition. I understand there are other reasons to choose Premiere, like it being the market leader and allowing certain integrations, such as with After Effects. But I really want to know in what specific areas Premiere Pro, as an editing software, is actually better than DaVinci Resolve. Of course, I know that the best software is the one you feel comfortable with and have your habits with. But that's not my question. My question is really, what are the features that exist in Premiere Pro and do not exist in DaVinciResolve? 

Premiere 25 crashes when Hit reset FX config. Yes I’m using 2025 version because 2026 version was totally bugged and unusable with a6700 footage.   

I'm with you.  I'm no noob.  I've been editing for 20 years, the last 4 on PPro.  It's a truly horrible, buggy, unstable, unreliable program.  AVID has it's problems, but it had always hummed like a race-car for me.  Unfortunately due to work circumstances, I have to use PPro.  It is shortening my life and thinning my hair.

I'm hesitating between Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Can you tell me what features exist in Premiere Pro that don't exist in DaVinci Resolve, and that would justify the huge price difference? Trying to open Premier Pro, I get the above error message. My answer is "No. Absolutely not."Why on earth would I give any app whatsoever access to my entire documents folder, desktop and downloads? But it won't open otherwise, so I need a workaround. Fast.   2019 MBP running macOS 11.1. I'm really hoping this is a mistake.

YunSoft is just a small engineering shop. We mostly build Web3 systems and Telegram Mini Apps. Lately, though, we’ve been tinkering with AI to see if we can cut down on the manual grunt work in our workflows especially when handling heavy digital assets.I’m curious has anyone here tried baking AI automation into their production pipelines or tech stack? Steps to create your own previews for Premiere Composer and Animation Composer extensions from Mister Horse. Mister Horse created two great extensions, Animation Composer and Premiere Composer, for Adobe After Effects and Premiere Composer, respectively. Operationally and visually they are nearly identical, which is a nice consistency. They have a very good feature for keeping user libraries of assets with fast-loading previews. Perhaps my favorite feature is that when you select a folder in the extension's User Library section, it presents previews for not only the files in that folder but also all of the files in that folder's subfolders. You can navigate to any of the subfolders to see only the files in that subfolder (and all files in that subfolder's subfolders). They are very good extensions, but there are limitations. What faults are likely to occur when filming while using an SD card whose write speed is not fast enough?  I am filming in ProRes 422HQ 2160 P 50 with a Sony Tough card 256GB write speed 150MB/s and the results look good with no dropped frames, but are there any subtle errors which I don't notice?

Continuum 2026 Everything New in Five Minutes [Boris FX] Okay, this is actualy pretty amazing - looks like added some pretty cool things, but the jumpcut ML one might be the most usefull one yet. Its actualy pretty amazing, the video is ony 5 min long. Jumpcut ML is at 1:25, but the video has chapter marks.   The creative application of this effect looks very interesting, not to mention for interviews. lookign forward to hearing what people think of the effects, and how they are using them. 

In the Windows explorer, video with differnt extensions are placed in the same type. What is the reason?    

Amidst all the mobile video editing apps out there, I've always endorsed and recommended Premiere Rush (on iPhone) because it does one thing the others don't: handle multiple aspect ratios well. Often I'll shoot in 16:9, with the awareness that the middle section will be what's shown in a 9:16 version, when I duplicate the project to tweak it for the wide aspect ratio. It's so easy to translate an Instagram video into a YouTube one.I was excited at the announcement of Premiere for iPhone—finally an upgrade to an already great program in the ecosystem of the industry standard for professional video editing! However, I'm extremely disappointed at its launch version.My issue with the new Premiere for iPhone isn't a lack of handling aspect ratios; yes, it does that. But I've played around with the new mobile Premiere and am very frustrated that many basic features that are in Rush are not present. Things like Transform for scale, rotate, and position (the most basic thing!); fade to black

With Rush ending will we have an alternative to use on mobile?

Premier on desktop is great. Rush on the iPhone is like driving an old broken down car. Archaic tools which are too basic. Constant crashes, sound not working, import issues, can't even copy and past. And why is it even called Rush, what's Rush have to do with editing? I'm Rushing over and making the switch to Cap Cut on the 16 Pro Max. 

Why is this Premiere pro app such a pile of crap! I would use stringer language, but dont want offend or be removed. Usability issues: First of all, in the tutorial, it names the 4 panels but the four panels arent named. Why not place the name of each panel at the top, with so much to learn and remember, having to memorise the name of each panel (because they are nameless) is a waste of time Second, it doesnt explain where to find things, for example: "In the effects control panel" - where is the effects control panel? There is no direction, i found "effects" at the top of the page, that didnt have what I need in it. So where is it? If I have clicked on the right tab, why is "motion settings" not visible? And if I have clicked on the wrong tab why do you have two tabs called "effects"????? Third: Why can you cut but not paste? I cut a section, but then I couldn't paste it back in somewhere else. And if you can, why is that option not apparent with a right click?&nbs
