エフェクトプリセットのカスタムビンが消去できない

it is not possible to delete a custom preset bin created in the Effects panel.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Effects panel.
2. Create a new custom preset bin.

Actual Result / Problem When I right-click the created bin, the Delete option is grayed out and cannot be selected.

Expected Behavior I should be able to delete the custom preset bin I created.

ver26.3のエフェクトパネルで、カスタムプリセットのビンを作成する。

作成したビンを右クリックし「削除」を選択したいが、グレーアウトして「削除」ができない。

理想

作成したプリセットビンを削除したい
