Question

Adobe アカウントの削除実施する祭以下のエーラ出てきます。”お支払いに関する問題があります。サービスを引き続きご利用いただくために請求情報を更新してください”。請求情報を更新を更新しているはずのに、これで出てしまうため、削除できないです。誰か教えてください

ちなみに、放置状態で良いであれば、１年程度で自動削除がなされます。

ただし削除までにログイン等も一切行わないことが条件です。
