サポートセンターも繋がらず、どちらに問い合わせをしたらよいのでしょうか。

    Creative Cloud プラン解約について

    月々払いならオンラインで解約できるみたいですね。

    年間プランとかだと違約金とかの話があるので電話になってしまうようですな。
