また、少なくとも勝手にクレジットカードが使われるわけでもないわけですから、あるとしたら「体験版を利用したうえで解約手続きをしていない」か「カード番号が流出して悪用された」のいずれかです。

前者に心当たりがなければ後者なので、この場合はカード会社に連絡するべき話になります。

逆に前者の場合、もともと体験版自体が契約を念頭に置いた事前の動作確認用として提供されているものとして確認しなかったのかどうか、という話です。
