assauseさんのご指摘はここですね。学生・教職員個人版は初年度が更に安くなるスペシャルプライスです。２年目に通常の学生・教職員個人版価格に戻ります。

契約時に利用条件のリンクはきちんと付与されていますし、そこをクリックすると告知されています。

利用条件をクリックすれば、「通常価格は学生教職員向けCreative Cloudコンプリートプランが3,278円/月(税込)、または、39,336円/年(税込)です」と明記されています。

そのため単純に契約者の見落としといえるところです。

なお Account, Payment, & Plan (us) から アカウント / 支払い / プラン (jp) に移動しました。
