3DPDFについて

Windows10のPCに切り替えてから「DWG to 3D PDF Converter」で変換したPDFファイルが開けなくなりました。

すべてのファイルが開かないわけではなく、サイズの小さなファイルであれば開くことができます。

「DWG to 3D PDF Converter」をサポートするスマートスケープ株式会社に問い合わせましたが、

Acrobat Proでは問題なく開くことができ、Acrobat Readerのみの不具合であれば

Adobe Acrobat Reader DCの不具合ではないか、とのことでしたがAdobe Acrobat Reader DCを再インストールしても改善しません。

使用OS Windows10
Acrobat Reader DC バージョン 2019.010.20098

Acrobat Reader DCを起動することはできます。

容量が小さい3D PDFファイルは開くことができますが、
3000KBを超えるファイルはAdobe Reader DCを開くことができません。

他のPCでは、同じ3D PDFファイルを
Acrobat Reader DCでも、Acrobat Proでも開くことができます。

3D PDFコンバーターのサポートによると
Windows 10環境でNVIDIA搭載のPCであることが原因ではないかと言われましたが
NVIDIAの設定を統合型グラフィックスに変更することができませんでした。

今回の場合、特定のPCだけでしょうか。

その場合、単純にアンインストール・再インストールすることも必要にはなります。

製品版AcrobatとReaderは、表示だけでいえばエンジンはまったくの同一ですから、

同じバージョンであっても、ReaderだけNGということは原則としてはないとは思います。

またNVIDIA製グラフィックチップ搭載による固有の問題ということであれば、

まずはNVIDIA製ドライバーの更新を行っての確認も必要になるところです。
