Acrobat Reader DCが開かずPDFが見られなくなりました

Question

Acrobat Reader DCが開かずPDFが見られなくなりました。Windows8でパソコンはサーフェスです。アンインストールして新たにダウンロードしようと思いましたが、アンインストールできませんでした。Acrobat Reader DCが開いていてアンインストールできないとでます。開かないので開いているはずはないのですが。Acrobat Reader DCのアイコンに盾マークがついてるのも気になっています。

Hi 麻美山,

From what you have explained above, if I understand correctly that you are unable open any PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader application?

And not even able to uninstall the application as it gives the error message that "The application is open currently"?

As its Mac computer, then you must close the application's services from the background. Go to Utilities>Activity Monitor>Close all the Acrobat processes running in activity monitor.
Now use the cleaner tool to uninstall the application- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reinstall it Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Mac OS

Let us know if that doesn't help.
