Acrobat Reader DCの自動アップデートについて

Acrobat Reader DCは自動アップデートが前提となっていますが、いくつかのPCが自動アップデートされません。

どのようなことが考えられますでしょうか。

You may check the following help document, if Adobe Reader DC doesn't provide the auto-updates. However, set up for automatic updates by default.
