Adobe Acrobat Reader,mac version, all the blanks in the "Fill out" feature are all garbled.

Could you let us know if you are referring to the blanks in a PDF form or Fill and sign option in Reader?

Also, let us know the dot version of Reader installed on the machine? To check the version: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
