My company's system has the following features:
-Display PDF on Internet Explorer using the Acrobat Reader plug-in
Since the 64-bit version of Acrobat Reader was released, we have received more than 30 inquiries a day from users saying that "PDF cannot be displayed".
We ask users who are experiencing the event "PDF cannot be displayed" to perform the following operations.
1. Uninstall the 64-bit version of Acrobat Reader
2. Install the 32-bit version of Acrobat Reader
Unless you change the Acrobat Reader settings, the 64-bit version of Acrobat Reader will be installed automatically.
Therefore, considering the inquiry time and the response time by the user, a considerable amount of labor is required at the site.
Does Adobe detect "PDF cannot be displayed" or similar events?
If Adobe has detected this or a similar event, please tell me what to do.

In addition, the following events have been detected during the investigation of this case.
If you perform a specific operation such as switching the front window while displaying multiple PDFs, the CPU usage rate of the terminal will be close to 100%, and the PDF screen will go black.
Please let me know if you have any information about this event.
