PDFがサムネールプレビューを表示されない

As I was able to understand the issue from above-mentioned description, you want to enable pdf thumbnail preview in Windows Explorer, is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Check if an update is available for Reader by clicking 'check for updates' under help menu.

2- Reboot the machine if you haven't already and try again.

3- If that doesn't work, go to edit > preferences > general > click 'select as default pdf handler' and choose Reader.

4- If step 3 doesn't work, set reader as default program to open pdf using the steps given in this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/18539/windows-7-change-default-programs

5- Reboot the machine once, and check if that resolves the issue.

Could you confirm Reader dot version running on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

Do you also have Adobe Acrobat installed on the machine?
