Hi there,
We apologize for the delay in response to your query.
If we understand your query correctly, you are keep getting the "start tour" message on the screen while opening, signing or adding annotation to the PDF?
- If yes, then you may first install the latest patch of Adobe Acrobat Reader and see if that help you solving this problem- DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
- If you still experience the same error then you may follow these troubleshooting steps given here:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\FTEDialog]
"iFTEVersion"=dword:0000000a
"iLastCardShown"=dword:00000000"
Let us know if you have managed to find the solution to this problem.
Regards,
Akanchha
