Unable to login on Adobe.com and Reader

登录界面提示:“访问被拒绝   您不再拥有此服务的访问权限。如果您认为有误,请联系Adobe客户支持。请追踪此链接。

我是第一次使用自己的邮箱进行注册账号,但提示已注册,我就找回密码,登陆后提示不能使用,请求帮助。

    Hi IiiSimon,

    Please try to disable the protected mode

    through Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Enable Protected Mode at startup.

    Please enable the Protected mode back, as disabling it will reduce the security.

    Hi IiiSimon,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. There are two things which can trigger this situation.

    * Sometimes this happens when you click on the Enterprise account option rather than the Personal Adobe ID. Make sure you select your personal account when logging in.

    * Your Adobe ID wasn't fully updated or is missing required information, such as your date of birth.

    1. Log in to www.adobe.com
    2. Enter your date of birth when prompted.
    3. Click Update.

    And if you are getting this error while opening any PDF file, you can copy the PDF to your local drive before opening it or, if necessary, disable Adobe Reader's protected mode through Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) > Enable Protected Mode at startup.

    Please enable the Protected mode back, as disabling it will reduce the security.

    我这是个人账户,并不是企业账户。

    我的账户信息里能够补充的信息都补充完,但在iOS版本的Adobe acrobat 里登陆时不能登录,不清楚哪里出现问题。
