As per description given above, I assume you are trying the conversion on mobile application using the "Create PDF" feature?

Or is there any other method that you are using for the conversion of a Excel to PDF?

The conversion is also depends on what type of Excel file you have started with. Check the same thing online and see if its giving the same error to you?
