Adobe LWSの登録メールが届かない

お世話になっております。

法人利用でAdobe製品のインストールをする為、Adobe LWSへ担当者に登録を依頼したのですが、

2度ほど実施していただいても、こちらに登録後に届くはずのメールが届きません。

登録担当者に確認したところ、誤って登録はしていないのでAdobe掲示板に確認して欲しいといわれてしまいました。

登録担当者も含め利用しているメールのドメインや、メールサーバーは同じなので、私にだけ届かない理由が不明です。

もしお分かりになる方がいらっしゃいましたら教えてください。
