CreativeCloudSet-Up.exeが動作を停止

windows７　64ｂｉｔ　使用しています。

CreativeCloudSet-Up.exeを実行してダウンロードのバーが半分ほどになると

動作を停止しました。というメッセージが出て止まってしまいます。

どうすれば、無事ダウンロードを終わらせることが出来るのでしょうか

ご存知の方ぜひご教授お願いします
