elementsのMACとWindowsの併用
photoshop elements 14 & premiere elements 14のダウンロード版は、１ライセンスで、MACとWindowsの両方にインストールすることは不可能なのでしょうか？

Elements 14 製品は、マルチプラットフォームの提供ですから、両方ダウンロードすればインストール出来ると思います。
＞シリアル番号はWindows及びMac環境のどちらでも使用できます。
