先ほど、MacOSでは問題なかったPhotoshopElements&Premier15ですが、Windows8.1ではエラーが出てアプリケーションが起動できません。

14を再インストールすると、問題がなく起動できるのでWindowsではバーション14で利用します。15では何が起きているのでしょうか？
