清58130002 if purchasing a Lightroom Upgrade then please make sure you own an eligible product to upgrade from.  You can find details on how to return your order for Photoshop Lightroom 5 at Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order if you made the purchase from Adobe directly.  If you purchased the Lightroom 5 upgrade from a local reseller then you will want to work directly with them to return the item.
