Premiere ProとAfter Effectsが開かない

Premiere Pro2022を開こうとすると、下図のような読み込み画面で止まってしまいました。

 また、AfterEffects2022を開くと、下図のようなエラーが発生しました。

 それぞれ、ダウングレードして2021版で試しましたが、同じ画面が出ました。

MacOS Monterey 12.0.1、M1MAXです。

編集作業が止まり、かなり焦っています。対応よろしくお願い致します。

    Time Machineで移行などはしてないでしょうか。

    いずれにしてもいったん、すべて削除処理したうえでのクリーンインストールが必要でしょう。

     

    なお Creative Cloud Services (us) から Creative Cloudのダウンロードとインストール (jp) に移動しました。
