PCクラッシュ後再インストールで求められるアップグレード版より前のシリアル番号がわからない場合どうしたらいいのでしょうか？

then you can't install the previous version and you can't install the upgrade version.

check your account if you purchased from or registered with adobe, Adobe ID using the same adobe id used to purchase or register.

if the older version is still installed somewhere, the serial number can be recovered from the installation.
