インストールができない

Creative Suite 6 Master Collectionをインストールすると以下のエラーメッセージが表示され、インストールを完了できません。

We've encountered the following issues.

Installer failed to initialise. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.

また、Adobe Support Advisorも現在サポートを終了しているようです。

OSはMac OSX 10.11.6を使っています。
