インストールができません。

①windows7を使用

②Adobe Illustrator CS6　のインストール操作中

③・④ダウンロードし、解凍されたフォルダー内の「Set-up.exe」をダブルクリックすると「We've encouuntered the following issues. Installer failed to initialize. This could be due to a missing file. Please download Adobe Support Adviser to detect the problem.」と表示され、インストールすることができません。どのように操作すればインストールできるようになるかお教えいただきたいです。
