インストールできない。（エラーコード４）
タイトルのままです。
CCでアップデード押したらエラーコード４がでました。
今までのappなど全てけして（フォルダ、ファイルなども）、cleartoolを使ってもエラーコード4がでてインストールできません。
何かよう方法はないでしょうか。
現在adobe関連のファイルは何もありません…
MacOS Sierra 10.12.5
