Adobeのサイト内での返信方法が解らなかったので、普通にメールで返信させて頂きます。

仰る通りまずはサポートにシリアルの確認をしてみます。

Photoshopのパッケージ版を購入して、シリアルナンバーを入力するとエラーになるのですね。

ちなみにパッケージ版の購入先はAdobeのサイトでしょうか？それともどこか別のサイトでしょうか？

エラーの詳細な内容（表示される文言や、スクリーンショット）を記載して頂ければ、このスレッドでも対処ができるかもしれません。

ですが、シリアル番号が正規の物かどうかについてはわかりませんので、一度サポートに確認したほうがよさそうですね。
