セットアップについて

Adobe Creative Suite 5.5を所有しています。2台までセットアップが可能、ということですが、1台のPCが壊れてしまいました。

Surfaceを持っていますので、これにセットアップしようと思い、BuffaloでCDを立ち上げようとしましたが

うまくいきません。どうしたらよいでしょうか。

When you have a non-functioning computer and can't deactivate a serial number

Be sure to ONLY ask for activation support to adjust your activation count
