If you are installing and you are asked for a password, that is likely your COMPUTER password to prove that you have install permission, not your Adobe password

Kindly attach a screen shot.What operating system you are using with the version?I reviewed your Adobe ID( email address ) you have utilized to post here on forums and i could not locate any Adobe Product on it.
