ライセンスの移行（Win→Mac）
WindowsでCreative Cloud メンバーシップ (年間プラン 月々払い)を利用中です。Windowsでの利用をやめ、新たにMacで利用したいのですが可能でしょうか？

Creative CloudについてはどちらのOSのみという制限はありませんから、
OSの移行は可能です。
