新的CS3繁體中文載點失效

我已經申請到新的CS3序號，但是繁體中文的FILE1載點失效，請檢查

Win10，IE AND CHROME
and this is the error page:
厚志潘7736813, per Kglad's previous question which CS3 software title are you attempting to download in Chinese Traditional? I just began the process for Design Standard CS3 Chinese Traditional without errors. It was 1.8 GB so that is not the title that you are selecting in your screenshot.
Please do be aware that the download process utilizes the Akamai Download Manager. You can find details on how to resolve most Akamai Download manager errors at Troubleshoot Adobe Akamai Download Manager downloads .
