期限切れになったプランが再開できない

Creative Cloud フォトプラン の有効期限が切れてしまい、再開のためにお支払いの詳細を更新したのですが、再開ができません。

「お支払いの詳細を更新」をクリックすると「プランを再開する」のウィンドウが現れるので「保存」をクリック。

すると「ありがとうございました。お支払いの詳細が更新されました」というメッセージが表示されますが、プランの詳細の表示は「有効期限が切れました」のままになっています。

Creative Cloud photo plan expired and I updated the payment details to resume, but I can not resume it.

Click "Update payment details" and the "Restart plan" window will appear. Click "Save".

Then a message saying "Thank you, your payment details have been updated" is displayed, but the plan details display remains "expired".
