My Chinese computerese is pretty poor, but the automatic translation seems generally pretty good to me.  However, "the site is only in English" might be more accurately renderd as "the site offers only the English version".

Did OP indesign新手 ("indesignNoob") purchase a license to the Creative Cloud edition?  If so, then the instructions on installing the Japanese version on OSX from the English described here might apply.  I still use CS4 for my work so I don't know how practical this might be.  Of course, international licensing could also complicate things in ways I don't understand: last time I looked into  the matter it wasn't simple getting non-Cloud CJK  versions of ID stateside.
