先ほど学生向けのコンプリートプランを購入させていただいたのですが、インストールがされず疑問に思い確認したところメールはおろか

注文履歴にも反映されておらず、時間をおいて再度確認したりメールアドレスが間違っていないかも確認しましたが、

私では何もわから無いためご質問させていただきました。
