with creative cloud, all subscriptions are for both mac and windows. all programs can be installed on both mac computers and windows computers.

download the cc desktop app from here using either a mac or win computer, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and install on that computer.

you can download and install on as many computers of each type (mac or win) that you want.
