Dreamweaver CC index.html ファイルが正常にputできない

リモートサーバー2つのサイトに同じ名称のフォルダーを作成してしまったのが理由と思われます。
不必要なフォルダーのみを不要なサイトから削除する方法をおしえてください。
現状はトライしてみるのですが削除には反応しません。
