パーシャルしているscssファイルの挙動

パーシャルしているscssファイルが、一部のファイルだけコンパイルされcssファイルに変換されてしまいます。

色々と調べたりしましたが、cssプリプロセッサ設定などにも問題はなく、何が原因なのか分かりません。

どなたか同じ現象になった方や、解決策が分かる方がいらっしゃいましたら、ご教授いただけないでしょうか？
