OpenGLが機能しない Photoshop

OpenGLを使用する機能が使えず、回転ツールを使おうとすると「要求された操作を完了できません。OpenGL 対応のドキュメントウィンドウでのみ機能します。」とエラーメッセージが出て機能しません。

 

CPU:Core i7-9700

メモリ:16GB

GPU:GeForce GTX 1660 Ti(最新ドライバインストール済み)

That shouldn't be happenig, could you please let us know the version of Photoshop you're working with?
We're here to help, just need more information.

Please Take a look at step 7 linked in this article Troubleshoot Photoshop graphics processor (GPU) and graphics driver issues and troubleshoot accordingly.

Photoshopのバージョンは[Adobe Photoshop 2020]です。

 

トラブルシューティングを試しましたが、スクリンーンショットの通り、試すべき項目が存在せず、活用することができませんでした。
