photoshop 5.0 をwindows 7 windows 10　に install する方法は無いですか、エラーメッセージ　this is not compatible with your windows.

Unfortunately, at some point in time older software may stop working on new operating systems. You paid $400 dollars to use it for almost 20 years, and that is a long time in software and computer world. Neither Adobe nor Microsoft will update their software to make Photoshop 5 work on Windows 10.

Photoshop 5 doesn't work on Windows 10. Upgrade to the newest version (rental only) or purchase a perpetual license of Photoshop Elements, PhotoLine, or Affinity Photo - PhotoLine and Affinity Photo are WAY more powerful than Photoshop 5.

Or if you do not want to spend any money: download Gimp, or even Krita, depending on the type of work that you do.

When I try to install abobe photoshop 5.0 in my computer windows 7 and 10 neither error message say not comterble with your 64 bit windows, I spent over $400, I don't want waste my money.

Do you have any better idea to install in my computer?

I believe Photoshop 5 is a 16bit application, and Windows 10 no longer supports those, as far as I know.

The only way to run your copy of Photoshop 5 would be to install a virtual machine (Virtualbox), and run a Windows 98 virtual disk. Then pop in your CD, and install Photoshop 5. This will run Photoshop 5 inside an older Windows 98 OS, and it will work.

Download a windows 98 virtual disk image here:

VirtualBox - Virtual Disk Images

Then install Virtualbox:

Oracle VM VirtualBox

Next, follow these steps:

6.2. Importing an Existing Virtual Machine into VirtualBox

Start your virtual WIndows 98, and install Photoshop 5.

That's really the only way now in Windows 10 (I think).

If your copy is 5.0J, they may have some ideas for you.
